The site looks very professional. Here are three things that you can add:

- It should be hosted on it's own domain name

- It should have a blog. Having a blog would help establish the attorney as an expert.

- The title tag should be changed. The title tag is the text that is normally displayed in search engines. Currently the title tag is "ATTORNEY // Welcome". It should say something like "Kevin Cunningham - Attorney at Law".

I agree with Nate's points but you may also want to consider:

1. On your contact us page with all fields blank and you hit the submit button you get "your application has BEEN SENT" you may want to have at least the email field a required field.

2. On your request a consultation page with all fields blank and the submit button is hit you do receive that fields are required but the names it returns needs changed to the actual field name as the visitor sees it. 'op3 is required should be name is required'.

3. Page title on all pages good be better

4. meta keywords and descriptions need to be added

5. remove the java script from the source code and put it in a .js file

6. Your image names in your source code are not helping you. Names like template_r2_c3.jpg. You may want to change them to what the image really is. You can also use Keywords in your image names to help with keyword density. Add alt tags as well

7. You also used images as your nav links while this is ok css text links would be better from a SEO stand point. again add title and alt attributes.

8. Your working with a small geographic area for this site. With that, I felt put out as I found a lawyer that I think could help me but I can not go to his office since you never gave a address. This is a must. All means of contact should be on the contact us page including: snail mail address, phone, physical address, Fax, email address, etc.

9. I found the about us page a little miss leading. You state "I handle all criminal and Dui matters for my clients and I also do residential real estate closings" but on your main menu you also have "Family Law, Personal Injury, Traffic Violations etc.

10. You may also want to look at you folder names and rename them to support the site and what content they hold. <img src="header_img/spacer.gif"
Could be made to <img src="legal-images/law-1.gif"> or something of the short.

11. You may want to use hyphens and not underscores as well in your names as underscores are look at as characters while hyphens are not.

Note:
I think this is just a working test site and this page will be moved to it's own host with a domain name of lawfirm.com. But you may also want to look at " http://newbrideusa.com/mark/ " I should never get a index list.
Put a blank index.html in this folder and all of the image folders for a quick fix.

The design is unremarkable and really doesn't define any uniqueness that would make me say "This is definately attorney I want" over any one of the thousands online.

I like the fact that you have the attorney's photograph on the homepage. It's always good to be able to put a face to the name.

The home page is written in the third person but the "About Our Firm" page begins with "I". That shoud be consistant."

I also had an uneasy feeling that I can't put my finger on with the credit card logos on every page. Seems to be saying "I'm the right choice because I take credit cards. Rather than "Choose me because I'm the best".
