Site takes way too long to load. People are not going to want to wait that long for a site to load and will leave.

Way too long as in, it timed out twice, so I gave up. So will most of your other visitors...

Same result here, and I have a cable modem. Didn't even get to your home page. Most of your visitors indeed will click off before they even see anything. Lighten the load on the home page....

Search engines and browsers alike really love properly coded pages (so do silly guys like me) and eliminating errors could also boost loading times (if the browser doesn't have to decide how to render your content it can help).
