Looks like every other shopping cart templated site on the planet.
Boring.
Dull color scheme.

I'd like to add onto Dave's comments it also feel very cramped and tight, try adding a little more spacing in your header area and right best sellers area. And if thats your idea of link building it to put a bunch of sites in your footer your likely to get penalized by Google because someone will think your selling links. Especially something like cheap flights which is very clearly not relevant to jewelry.
