Please tell me how you think of this site. I don't know why the bounce rate is always over 60%.

Any comments or ideas would be much appreciated!

You might do well to conduct user testing -- this isn't obvious why you're getting this bounce rate. Could also have something to do with the wording of any ads you might be using to drive traffic.

You may want to test such things as... Replace feature with benefits. More Clearly explain the difference between products, and application. You might even try an experiment, cut down to one product and see what happens -- it might just be users think 1) they products are too similar or 2) One product should do all three - and a quick addition to $120 is an immediate no sale

User Testing....er... Of course I want to do it, but as a company located in China, it's kind of difficult to get a user testing about UE. That's why I post this ticket and would like to get suggestions from you guys...

I personally will not purchase any software where the developer does not provide an online forum so users/customers can help each other.

For me, it is a necessary condition for purchase.

Thanks Dave, actually we've a forum, but we placed it at the bottom of this site. Maybe I should make it more clear.

Your opinions do mean a lot to me. Now I'm about to make some modifications of this site.
