Default www.InfoFerret.com -- I will reciprocate reviews.

Please review: http://www.infoferret.com

I have had this site for a bit and have tried to keep away from it being cluttered with advertising. I was thinking that maybe allowing a few wouldn't detract from it's clean down to business look. Any suggestions? Jim

Added: I paid to have the site made, however my support has gone under and I am not that well versed at the programming that was used to make the site. I have had offers to partner, but have not had the time to learn parsing and such. Just putting it out there for background info.

It looks pretty clean.

Page loads seem to be a bit slow, even on cable.

You might try just have one link color if you don't want any CSS in there, look at what Google does, for example.

Though not much, I hope this will help at least a bit. :)

Appreciate your comments. As far as the page loading goes, I guess I didn't see the delay you are talking about and might of thought it was just gathering results.

Regarding the one color... I believe the links are all one color until they are clicked on. Then the color does change. I thought that was to let a person know where they had already been, unlike Google, where at times I have gone to the same site I had clicked on shortly before. Guess I will have to check in on that. Thank you for your time and review. Jim

No problem. ^_^

I was more so refering to the main links (non result links) that I think shouldn't change color after being visited.

Default Having Problem

I went in to change the viewed links portion of my webpage, and for some reason, the entire site would not display. Was able to restructure the file, but it is strange that during the save at times it would delete part of the source code. Had to cut and paste the code bit by bit. If it were all put in, some would be deleted. Any Clues???? Also was able to add a link for the first time. I was always afraid to mess with the site as I did not build it. But.....now it is there. Page loaded plenty fast for me on dsl. Yes I would agree it looks very clean. I would suggest that you make your title, meta keywords, meta description, and page text more targeted if you wish to show up on other search engines. Make sure to target keywords that people would use to look for your services, infoferret and info ferret are not likely to be searched for, while pay per click advertising is. You can generally mention the same meta keyword 5 times in different phrases without worry of being penalized. (Based on reading at places like the msn.com add url page and several meta tutorials) I wish you well.
