This is amjad. I have just finished designing a Health Directory. Its basically a reciprocal link Directory. Your valuable comments and suggestions are needed in order to make it user friendly and more reliable. Don't hesitate to write anything either good or bad that you may find in this site.

And then you have a health site with a banner for India internet web design. Seems a little off topic to me.

I've always been a fan of breaking elements of a template out side of the standard design to give it that out of the box feeling. But the way you have done it with your navigation it just looks awkward and disjointed and you have a pixel or two above and below the navigation so it doesn't connect. I do overall like the colors and header.
