need Suggestions For Health Directory

Hi everybody,
This is amjad. I have just finished designing a Health Directory. Its basically a reciprocal link Directory. Your valuable comments and suggestions are needed in order to make it user friendly and more reliable. Don't hesitate to write anything either good or bad that you may find in this site.
Please please please send as many suggestions and comments as possible, its my humble request to all of you.

Weak.

Some alignment problems in Firefox.

No content.
Boring template look.
There is nothing here to cause return visitors.
The favicon is not yours, but some sort of template one.

I agree with the site being a bit boring.

And then you have a health site with a banner for India internet web design. Seems a little off topic to me.

Thanks for your suggestions. As i think content is not required in directories. Also i am working again on Banner.

I've always been a fan of breaking elements of a template out side of the standard design to give it that out of the box feeling. But the way you have done it with your navigation it just looks awkward and disjointed and you have a pixel or two above and below the navigation so it doesn't connect. I do overall like the colors and header.
