I've been helping out with this website with some colleagues of mine, and it's just a fun trivia site.

Fact Frenzy

What I'm thinking of is something to jazz up the look of the site. One thing I've thought of is a header / logo that could be a bit more appealing. A cartoon character? I have an arsenal of copyrighted characters from projects I've done as an animator, that I created. Maybe I'd use one of those. Or maybe not. Maybe it needs more graphics across the top, a different font for the logo. Or maybe it's just a different background?

Or maybe it's fine the way it is?

I am comfortable with the logo.
(As long as a vector version, Adobe Illustrator, exists.)
Not fancy, but does the job.

I think your idea is good. Give the site a bit more whimsy, I think. Make facts fun!

Thanks Sometimes making facts fun is like making cardboard taste good. We might tweak the direction a bit to make it more of an entertaining / educational resource, at the same time a resource for educators as well, high school age and up. Such as, the articles would be the content a teacher could make a lesson on. But at the same time, a browseable time-killer for more general audiences. I'm leaning toward the latter.

But you're right I think, more whimsy is needed.
