I've been an on/off reader here for a while, and now would like some feedback on my company's site. It is a web 2.0 service in beta, that allows the user to upload images from their browser, or mobile.

I ran it through a validator, and there are some issues that wil be fixed, but I would like to know if you have any problems with the usability, design, and well anything that comes to mind..

About Us link goes nowhere.
Privacy Policy appears not to exist.

Internet Explorer cannot open the following links in your site, both pointing to your homepage:
<a href="/"><img src="/img/hdr/logo.gif" alt="" /></a>
and <a href="/" >Home</a>
Please check and code them properly.

Can't sign up without an invitation code.

You are right. The site has just a few members now. If invitation code is required for sign-up, it will take ages to get a reasonable number of members.
Then who will send the invitation code? The existing members or the site admin? It would be practical if it is made clear in the form itself. No one is going to read the terms, policy, etc., unless these are very important for the visitors.

Uhh, it seems we have done a bit of failing ourselves in the process of releasing our product..

The invitation code thing is left there, because we were in a closed invitation only beta just a few days ago, and decided to go into open beta to get some more people in.

Thank you very much for noticing the missing "About Us" and "Terms", and especially the fact that no one can register!

The registration issue should be fixed now and the rest will be fixed later on. Thanks again for the comments!
