Default Need navigation help

HI everyone. My site sells compression stockings for varicose veins. I have 319 products with about 70 catagories. I am finding this dificult to navagate and am looking for some suggestions that will get my customers to the right product and to check out easier. The site is Compression stockings including mediven jobst sigvaris support stockings

This is a wonderful site .. I learn something new every time I come here. You guys are great !!!!

The layout in the center of the page looks awful when viewed with Firefox 2 under Mac OS X. Nothing is aligned correctly.

Yeah I know. Doesn't look real great in Vista either. Any sugestions on how to better set this up?

Use a table for the layout.
I like CSS, but sometimes the differences among the browsers just makes my use tables.
