why are you going that route with xml etc? seems unnecessarily complicated for a personal traing site? with regards to the site content my personal opinion is that Janine's sports history would probably intimidate about 75% of the potential customers she is targeting.
if she wants to try to focus on the high end, athletes etc then its ok, otherwise i would downplay that, combine about me & profile into one page.
but to be honest and without meaning to offend, my main concern is the look and feel of the site. it looks like a 90's site to me. why dont you get a nice xhtml css template or go wordpress and make something more late naughties than late 90's?
if i were building my own personal training site again (am not inexperienced in this area

) I would def go the wordpress route next time.
content-wise I think you need to work harder at moving it away from all the same old listing the benefits etc and make it more personal.
most PT sites all trot out the same old stuff and its pretty dull to customers I think. esp in London as there is a LOT of competition there now in that field.
