Please be critical with this one. My very first site.

Hi everyone,
I'm still a novice at this and would love some real advice on this site to improve the conversion rate. Also I have a problemwith unqualified traffic (people who are looking for the Scrubs T V show). However "Scrubs" alone is not one of my keywords. Any ideas?

The site looks good I am having trouble with the navigation. When I click a link it goes away completely. I have a personal preference to CSS roll overs and having a “you are here” in the nav with a slightly different background color instead of not being there at all in the navigation .good looking layout and very accessible with everything turned off. I would also recommend validating as you had errors on the page not necessary but makes for good form.
