I am new to all this. I am amazed at all the specialization out here.

I have a human rights activist organization up in the north of Thailand to help the Akha hill tribe and we have an old computer which is our voice to the world sitting just a kilometer off the Burma border in the mountains.

Our new php website has only been up for a month or so and we have 50,000 plus hits. We think one blight was a band width attack. Normally we get 800 hits a day.

We are a little bit specialized, but I am wondering if anyone can come and see our website and what we might improve to increase hits.

Right now we still are moving tons of content over from the old site so lots of content categories still have "0" files in them. Takes time.

Suggestions welcome. The beauty of phpnuke is that people DON'T have to drill to see what content your site has.

How would you improve our site?
How high do you think we could run our hits up?

Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Text loads nice and fast but graphics are a little slow to download. Slighly too wide for 800x600. TITLE tag should contain more keywords. Hope this helps.
