Typical Dave... always beating me to the punch! LOL
It's a fairly attractive layout but some of your image file sizes are ENOURMOUS!
On your home page:
http://www.mobiquest.net/images/home-image.jpg (120.95Kb)
Optimize those .jpg files for the web and try your best to keep them under 50Kb maximum. In PhotoShop, use the "Save for Web" function and set the quality to about 69 with a blur of 0.19 and put a check in the "Progressive" box.
IFRAMES
Many of your pages share the same content below the fold (lower half of the page). They're kind of a waste of space and time. You could really help ensure that your pages are seen as unique by adding different content to that area and through using include files to ensure that the content on each page gets indexed and that it's working for you. (The IFRAME file itself does get indexed but it doesn't count on the page it's in.)
Not a lot of info
You really should try to add more textual content to some of your pages.
So, what makes you so special?

In today's world you have a number of choices to make: what device should your application use, what operating system, what networks will be relied on? And the list only keeps growing. Why not make things simpler?

The second paragraph does not contain a specific call to action. All is tells the user is what "leading wireless application publishers do". Who cares what "they" do, tell us what YOU do. As a leading wireless application publisher, YOU can simplify development processes. YOU posess expertise in International IT services for J2ME, Brew, I-Mode, Doja, Palm OS, SymBian, Windows Mobile and WAP. The last sentence is smokin' but the others need some tweaking to draw customers in. Tell us what WE SHOULD DO! (contact you?)
Improve Usability
It's a small, fairly basic site, but could be more usable. I'd recommend breadcrumb navigation.
Additionally, I'd recommend inserting text links consisting of your targeted keywords within the content. This is also a significant on page ranking factor and it encourages users to delve further into the site. Consequently, this is where breadcrumb navigation really shines. No matter where a user ends up, they can always find their way out.
Redundant Meta tags
Just delete this tag; <META NAME="Author" CONTENT="">
Where are you headed?
You're missing an <h1> heading on each page. Headings are a significant factor in on page optimization and an opportunity to use your targeted keyphrases where they'll be of the greatest benefit.
Repetitive & Redundant HTML
As simple as your pages are, you'd do well to consider a better implementation of CSS styles on text, tables and cells. It'd be easier and more flexible to update and it'd clean up your code, thus helping your pages load faster.
Add an XML sitemap
You don't have a sitemap.xml file in place. This will help ensure that the SE's are able find your content no matter how it's linked and can really work to your advantage, especially as you add new pages.
Image Maps?
They're simple images, why make them image maps? Just make them clickable with "<a href="> Use a table to lay them out if you need to.
You need some links
Go to Yahoo!, Google, Altavista and MSN Live and use the "link:" operator to find pages that link to your site.
Code:
link:http://www.mobiquest.net/
Google lists a mere two IBL's (inbound links). Start acquiring backlinks from relevant and related sites and avoid the paid solutions. Yahoo! lists over 1200 links but most of the links you've acquired have been filtered out by Google and are not of any significant benefit. In some cases, paid listings can hurt more than help.
