The font size is a little small for screen resolutions in excess of 800x600, this is especially evident in the text links in the light green column on the right side of the page.

For readability sake and unless there's a reason for it, text should never be smaller than 11px. In most instances, body text looks great at 12px.

I use smaller font sizes sparingly, most often as labels in images or to describe an image link, copyright text, things like that. They're on the page, but not extremely important to the overall flow of the site.

Your copyright needs to be updated from 2007 to 2008.

The site looks great! I like your header graphic, it's a much welcomed variation on the usual Marketer MugShot.

However, the code is extremely sloppy. It seems to render okay in all browsers, but I can see you adding a plugin or a piece of code at some point and watching everything explode. I'd clean that up.

I do agree with Dubbya, the font size is way too tiny.

I think the header is eye-catching as well. The font size looks fine to me in Safari on a 20" Mac, but maybe you've changed it already.
