Newbie form Dubai

Hi all,
My name is iqbal and i am working as a web designer in Dubai, UAE. I developed an interest in SEO and started researching bout it online. This forum has been very useful as a learning process. I have implemented all that i have learnt in my companies website UAE Experts - Web Development in UAE, Business IT Solutions, Software Development, .NET Applications. Can i have some review from u guys so that i know where do i lack.

As a result of this initial optimisation, we jumped from page 56 to page 5 in the keyword 'web development uae' in google search within a span of few weeks. I would like to jump higher. I need some experienced ppl to assess my work as i cant find any learned SEO in my surroundings. Your criticism will help me learn more. Waiting for your replies
