My first impression of the site is blah. I do not mean that to be harsh, but to be honest.

* It is a toy site full of fun, games and playtime...Your site does not reflect that. The large gray area on the top and right side mixed with the dull green and black text just makes you feel blah, like a cold rainy day.

* I did not find your navigation on the left side useful at all. The shop by category really did not help (example: architecture, decorative, gift card). I didn't even know gift cards were a toy. Your shop by manufacturer was even less helpful as in I have never heard of many of them.

* The overall page layout and navigation I feel could have been better. The search box looks like it was an afterthought. The links at the very top of the page look like an afterthought.

* Your page suffers severely for lack of content. Pictures may be worth a thousand words, but search engines cannot read pictures and your pictures did not welcome me in and invite me to stay and look around.

* When an item is added to cart, there is an alignment issue with the text when viewed in FireFox. I did not check it with any other browser.

* This is a pet peeve of mine, for I hate this. You have to create a login and password and set up an account in order to purchase anything from your site. I personally find this annoying to say the least.

* You have done more than most with your Contact Us page by actually having physical address, phone number, hours of operation, but I would add a form that can be filled out and submitted for general questions.

* On your about us page, you start out with "We’re Graham’s mom and dad"...should I know this person? I do not see the relevance of putting this in.

* It would be nice to see some sort of better business bureau seal, hacker safe seal, or some sort of security badge.

* Your title, keywords and description need to be rethought. "Shop By Category Shop By Age Shop By Brand" are those the keywords you want to rank for?

My guess is that you're aiming at a particular niche market for toys and your site tries to reflect this.
The site is nice and clean and calm.

I found the navigation OK but some pages tooks quite a long time to load presumably because of the large number of pictures.

i actually think you site is pretty good except for a few minor details...

lol is this an OBAMA toy?
Abima ( 14 inch ) [10231] : Landbridge Toys

can you share with us what engine does this shopping cart runs on? thx

the only thing i would fix is the logo (the circle) i think something should be inside the circle....
and yes the site runs kinda slow, is it on shared hosting? if so you might strongly want to consider a virtual private server, those work great for shopping carts...and yes the shopping cart is misaligned that needs to be fixed...

LandbridgeToys.com uses Zen Cart for the shopping cart.

I appreciate all the feedback and hope to see more of it.

Thanks.

The layout is nice, try to use more colors, maybe more images. Also try different color background, grey is too boring.

I like it but I think it could do with more striking images - perhaps bigger and bolder. The colour-scheme is muted but verging on too muted (since you are selling toys). On my browser the page has a grey border on both sides - just looks like wasted space. I like the clean lines though but it's a bit too "clean".
