In an odd sort of way, your site is actually OK. It's rather too busy visually with a lot of stuff moving around and blinking at you but it probably works for what it is that you do.

SUGGESTIONS:

* The rather blocky logo at the top should be replaced - looks amateurish
* The picture of the walking man is blurry, should sharpen that and also flip him around so he's walking towards the page keeping focus at the center of the screen. Right now it's suggesting that he's running away from the main content area ...
* Add sound - this may be controversial and some people don't like it, but I believe it will work for your site.

Hope this helps.

Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Loads reasonably fast. I agree with the previous post about the flashy graphics although I would be inclined to stop the CD graphic flashing. Its not vey clear how to get to the rest of the site. Might be nice if the links at the bottom changed colour when the mouse is passed over them. Otherwsie, a nice desugn. Good luck with it.

Default Looks Fine to Me

Hello DjWeiser: I read other's comments that the opening page looks very busy - and it does - but for me, that makes the site work. A DJ is always busy, and I think the site should emulate the maker and that person's business/hobby. There are a lot of adverts on the bottom, but then again, as a former professional musician my luggage had a lot of stickers on them - and so did the road cases for our music equipment. There is a good idea to make a mouse over on the site buttons - I do agree with that. A very good site - I will visit again later to check out how you are doing with it. Rock On. Just a personal comment - do you have a picture of yourself that is in focus? I thought it was my glasses. Rock on.
