Default Please suggest how to correct the java code

hi everyone,
please someone suggest me how can i correct the java code running at the foot of the page to display the images in a frame not in iframe. frame is madeup of images as well. the frame itself is not displaying correct and the alignment of the images inside that frame also not correct.
please help me out.
Site is under cunstruction

This is more of a programming issue then a site review.

Your images seem to display correctly in Firefox but do have a issue in safari. This seems to fix the space under the images you get in safari. Also checked fix in FireFox and IE6 did not check in IE7
