Looking for any and all ideas. At one time I had an alexa rating of 98,000 but have noticed hug drop offs after each google update. Slowly the traffic returns, but it gets quite upsetting. I am looking for what flaws i may have comitted that are causing this.

I had the same trouble with a couple of my sites when google did it's thing but they're climbing up again.

The only thing I can spot straight off is your homepage is verrrrrry long. I'd try to limit it a bit.

I did spot a couple of spelling mistakes too

That won't affect your google ranking but it might put a few people off.

Very clean looking site. A lot of information.

As for your Google info. I would suggest re-posting in the Google forum for those answers. Also, the way I hear it, Alexa is very scewed in it reporting and many people around the forums seem to discourage its use as a valid resource.

Tons of great information there! I book-marked your site so I can come back to it and find out more about your organization.

It didn't keep me waiting to load but once it did is was gray and gave me the impression of being foreboding. I'm sure that's because you're dealing with some very serious topics. Still, how long does the average visitor remain on your site?

I would have stayed longer if maybe the site were lighter, maybe tan or white with a gray watermark, for the same reason one opens the curtains in their home or office.

Awesome site! Only thing I would do is alter the size of the title image. On a resolution of 1024x768, it was a little hard to read (network security resources). Im sure its fine on 800x600 but I would just enlarge the whole picture a little bit.

Other than that, the site very nice and professional.
