A new website is not showing on my computer, The site is on my server/hosting and I can see it with the temp URL, however if I type in using the domain url it shows the old site (on another host) the name servers have been changed etc.. the client is telling me he and other people are seeing the new site and not the old one. the crazy thing is that yes I have refreshed the browser etc.. Yes I have removed all temp internet files. My daughter's laptop is even showing the old site. I have double checked with the client and he sent the correct URL for other people to look at and they also see the new site

There are a few reasons this happens. I'll address a couple:
If the name servers have been changed you must wait until the changes propagate. There are times a site appears to have Correct Name Servers and has propagated to certain parts of the globe but not others. Even when the change has successfully propagated to one of the Global Name Servers there are times you will still need to wait for the DNS server on your local ISP to catch up. The same can be true of an internal network caching DNS.
Globally, wait for propagation to the Global Name Servers. On the ISP side, wait for their DNS to catch up. Locally, flush your DNS cache.
If you are in a hurry (local machine) you can always edit your hosts file to point to the new address/
You may also encounter a data cache problem. Clear your cache, temp files, etc
