I would:
1. Fix the broken code.
2. Move all styles to the the external style sheet.
3. Fix all the HTML validation errors.

Surf to http://www.webconfs.com/search-engin...-simulator.php and enter your URL. You won't like the results as you have nothing for the search engine indexing machines to chew on.

After you fix what Dave pointed out. I have a few suggestions you may want to think about.

1. To me your index page does not look as good as you internal pages. What I suggest is to use the same navigation on your index as your internal pages. This will help make your site more consistent and also include your Voucher FAQ, Contact Us, Shipping info, etc on your main page. I would add a standard FAQ that addresses some of the questions that I have brought up and others that your customers may have.

2. I would then make the images in your new products area thumb nailed. Right now they are way too big and take away from your other products. You could also have 12 of them instead of only 3 thus helping your internal linking.
This table is also too wide as it is causing a scroll bar to appear.

3. On your products pages, at the very bottom, you have a pink area with a gray bar. This does not fit in at all and looks like it is where an oscommerce branded link was. I would remove this area.

4. You have a light red border around your page. This border changes thickness from page to page causing your tables to move slightly. On some pages it is not there at all.

5. The title image in your top title bar should be linked to your home page.

6. I personally hate any site that makes you set up an account before you can checkout. Not all customers want to be on a mailing list, nor do they want you to memorize their information. But this is my personal opinion.

7. I did not see any size chart or size info on your products. You do have the size listed but what weight / height of person will they fit. Also are the sizes mens or womens sizes?

8. I did not see anything about overseas shipping or if you do or do not ship overseas

9. Your site sells costumes but I did not see the word costumes listed close to the beginning of any page title, meta keywords or meta description. This would help in your rankings.

Well I'm getting there.
The front page now uses a style-sheet instead of tables and I can now see all the text in the bot simulator. Sorted the thumbnail images in the new products and made the logo a hyperlink.
I'd never used stylesheets for layout before, that was fun L.O.L.
Thank you amxfan and davebarnes for all your help.
I'm going to bed now and try not to think of HTML in my sleep.
Bob.

I had sen your post for the Flash carousel at gotoandlearn. Nice forum marketing.

Right now the carousel is nice but has no funcionality and seems out of place with the rest of the site.

I would want to see you take it to the next level and load your store categories and items into th carousel rather than the dated turnkey store.

Hi,
I am actively working on putting my categories into the carousel. I'm actually having problems with the xml file caching on the local machines, but that's another story. I have placed five categories in the carousel selectable by buttons at the top. if you click on one of the costumes in the carousel it will bring up a buy now button allowing the user to order directly from the carousel.
