I think it's important that your logo links to your homepage and has alt attributes.

The logo is in white on a blue bg - it looks like an afterthought - maybe the header should be white?

Some of your images are a little fuzzy, http://n.b5z.net/i/u/6137055/i/impCA1Y9RKZ.gif for example. Optimisation is one thing but personally I tend to be put off by images that aren't as pin-sharp as they could be.

I am not a pro, but I thought the site looked very nice and very prfessonal. The little strip below the main top picture looks like it used to have tabs in it and you took them out. I didn't find my favorite card there, which would be citibank quickbooks business card. You can download your transactions into quickbooks, which saves a lot of time, and it has travler miles.
