The listings page is a 3rd party site, in an iframe. I have no control over that, however the fact that you did not notice it was an iframe is good. There is also no control over the sorting.. at least not that I know of. Same as the mailto: observation you made. All of the emails on the form once finished will be "encrypted" and the forms are already working. As far as the realtors picture, I do plan on putting that in (if I am provided one).. where that goes is still up in the air at this point. Thanks!

I find this a little disturbing to be honest.
First being employed by Re/Max has nothing to do with being a member of the Board of Realtors. Yes Re/Max may require that their agents be, but not all real estate agents are, and can only call themselves Realtors if they have passed this course. Also the CRB logo is a somewhat prestigious as it shows time that one has been selling real estate and it also shows that one has taken and passed the brokerage exam and is classified as a broker and can operate their own office. You not knowing the agents name is telling me that you are designing this site without any input from your client. Just because a person does not comment on the i-frame does not mean that one does not see the site hanging when trying to connect to searchpoint.net . I was making an observation of what would make the site more user friendly.
In reading your reply, I whole heartedly agree with Dave. Finish your site then resubmit it for people to critique because no there are a lot of things I did not comment on as your site is not finished. Therefore I only looked at the 'artsy fartsy' stuff. But I do have one other recommendation. Get to know your client, get their input, get what is important to them. Try an promote their expertise, number of sales, amount of time working in field, certifications carried, etc. for all of this adds trust and when you are talking anywhere from a 3-7% commission rate, I want a realtor, not an agent and I want somebody who meets the criteria of what I am looking for.
