Nice clean, polished site.

I like the scrolling product window.. nice touch.

If you're going to include staff photos, you might consider having them taken by a pro photographer. Alex' pic is terrible and Bob's screams of unprofessionalism.

Additionally, it looks like there's enough room on the left of the "Customer Login" button to squeeze in another link.

That being the case, I'd consider a "Contact Us" link to a page with an email form as opposed to the "someone[AT]someplace.whoozit" pseudo-links under the "Company" heading. Yup, definitely consider a captcha form and you'll be running with the big dogs.

Other than that, I think you're good to go.
