extremely slow loading...

Lets start off with the first link you listed.

The page loads seem kind of slow to me, which isn't a good thing. (I'm running on cable with about a 300kbs download speed...)

The design is definitely very clean and looks great, but I would suggest shrinking up "Ver 2.0" so it is not as big as your company name.

In 800 x 600 resolution there is slight horizontal scroll which can easily be fixed.

Moving the 'powered by' little flash animation to be on the bottom might look nicer, too... (and putting prevalant pictures or images there in its place, about fashion, etc)

On to the second one!

I would suggest slowing down that animation in the header so it is less distracting.

For what purpose do you have that intro page there? All it does is play music, which is cool, but slows down how fast your user gets to your site.

The http://www.signtelmobile.com/images/shop.jpg image is 50kb and has a halo around it, you can do better then that. :)

I, personally, would scrap the scrolling content in the status bar. That just does not look professional and doesn't accomplish much for you.

Centering your copyright text at the bottom of the page to the page would look much nicer, as well. =)

Also, since your company name is not in all caps, I would suggest your title not be in all caps.

Overall, it looks good, though.

On to Site Three!

I think this is what you wanted reviewed under graphics, but I'll review what site is there. ;)

I think the largest thing you need to be concerned with is moving away from overly using javascript. JS is a Great tool and can make very nice websites when used correctly, but consequently, it can be used poorly and detract from your guest's viewing experience. The text following the cursor is just kinda annoying, and while the slight scrolling of the little footer text is nice, it doesn't accomplish much for you and you would be better off without it, I think. :)
