The embedded green links dont work well for me. Compared to the white, they get lost.

um, I'm viewing the site in FF on 1280x1024 and the menu on the right above adsense ads is not where it's supposed to be (I hope). Color scheme, as mentioned above is bad, also you should try merging header with main content part, this way it looks bad.
