Sorry to say, the orignal looks pretty good. I'd probably go for a site a little like The new DHL layout. Why? This supports the existing user, but provides some space for putting the rather good content for new users from the original.

I'd shift focus from information to the look of a working tool for order fulfillment. Comparison of the fees others charge can be shown side-by-side in a tab for new users. The site has a veneer of brochureware which I'd try to reposition, if possible.
