Looks okay to me. Nice and clean but maybe a few to many colours used.
I notice at the bottom you have listed "About Us" and then listed lots of cities. Is this just trying to put all the cities on the page as key words for the search engines? I thought this part made teh page look a little bit untidy.

structurally it looks nice but as steven mentioned already
the colors seem to be indicating a kids website (too many)

the resources page looks different thought and I would put the link
all the way to the bottom (its only intended for webmasters to see right ?)

Well as we already said
if you reduce the colors it will look more professional
its not a game site

the banner on the right is probably the ONLY part
that looks very amateur

the bottom corners and borders don't look too good

and where it says "where accuracy and low cost is guaranteed"
consider changing the font because it is VERY hard to read
