to be honest it takes that javascript way to long to load. I would have a better preloader that lets the customer or visitor know that the site is actually loading. I know javascripts take a while to load in most cases....

Other than that the site looks great... the java application looks nice and has a great look and feel to it.

why not just get a virtual dedicated with plesk and use TOMCAT?
