I wanted to get some feedback on this site. What would you do to increase conversions? Would changes would you make if you wanted to sell more?

For the homepage: I would add description and keyword meta tags.

It is a pleasant-looking site.
Navigation is easy.

I remove this text: "Welcome to Baby Tooth Album | Baby Tooth Keepsake - Precious Teeth... Precious Memories - Gift Baskets idea - Baby Gifts - Baby Tooth Frame" which is at the top of every page as it detracts from the look.

I agree with Dave. It's a very pleasant looking site and an absolutely adorable idea. (The only catch is Mom and Dad need to make sure to keep it hidden until after the child is old enough to know the truth about the Tooth Fairy - but I'm not telling!

By way of more practical feedback, break up the side navigation to more clearly delineate between product pages, ideas pages, etc. I had to read the links a few times to figure out what's what. You've got the tradeshows in the navigation below (at least on the product pages), so maybe take it out of the links on top. Ditto for wholesale.

Maybe offer a place for people to post their projects. Those of us who are avid crafters love to show off!

A pleasant entry page. Maybe a little heavy on navigation options and the white spaces don't add too much. Essentially attractive though and in keeping with your product. BTW I believe you duplicated this text "It is also perfect for keepsake boxes, memory books.........."

In your FAQ page, you need to fix most of the name attributes of the links to the answers on the same page (they're case sensitive)
