I don't think that is reasonable.

I think the entire site looks cheesy (i.e., cheap, low rent in the USA). The icons just turn me off.

I could not find any physical or postal contact info.

I think the site looks nice enough (I disagree with Dave Barnes about it being 'cheezy').
It does seem sort of Yahoo-esque with all the smileys...

Your code is clean for the most part, however there are a few things that should be removed: Use classes on elements that require similar CSS treatment and get rid of all the inline styles and redundant CSS rules; get rid of the FONT tags!!!!

Run it through a validator for more precise info on your errors.
Because you are using a transitional doctype, the validator may forgive your FONT tags, but since you are using CSS for the layout and most of the other style control they are unnecessary and easily replaced with a CSS rule or 2.

One major flaw in your code is that you leave many tags open; XHTML, even transitional, must follow XML syntax rules which require that ever tag be closed properly. I used the W3 validator and it pointed out several cases where your tags were not properly closed. Check it out for yourself and fix the errors. For many cases, a simple Find and Replace with a text editor will help you do it quickly.

A note on consistency:
When I click the SMS tab on the home page and I arrive at the SMS page, all the tabs are gone. Where did they go? Where is the title element that confirms I am on the SMS page? Am I lost? I don't see anything on this page that says SMS...
The same is true for the other tabs, as well. Another point is that all the pages from the tabs look the same to me. They all have the same headings and section titles but are in different colors. It isn't very obvious why the colors change and whether or not I am looking at a different product, or the same product on a page with a different color scheme.
If you are truly offering different products via these tabs, it needs to be made more clear. From scanning it isn't clear at all, and reading is a bit of a chore if I am not sure I am where I think I ought to be. Give more information large and at the top of the page that confirms I am looking at different products.

Things like this confuse visitors; fortunately, most are easily fixed. For more ideas, read Steve Krug's book "Don't Make Me Think." It's an easy read, a bit entertaining, and EXTREMELY helpful.

Hmmmm; after closer inspection, the site has a lot of redundant content. I don't think I am getting what those tabs promised at all; you also repeat Customer Site on the love sites page with every row of three sites... That heading seems to serve no purpose...
Seriously rethink the architecture.

Hi David and welcome to the world the 21st century!

Times are changing and the internet is no longer just a case of designing a webiste that looks simple, boaring and old classic (We Help You Deliver Great Marketing Programs - MarketingTactics)! It might be a good idea to keep with the times before someone notices your now out of date!

If your going to go to the trouble of clicking a few buttons to post a review, at least give alittle more than "it looks cheesy", the word "cheap" here in the UK is very offensive and i would recommend you watch what you say. "I know your old, but there is no excuse for the laziness" - A quote from James Peters book, gone without a trace!

Take a breath!!

All the smiley-faces detract from the design. As such, they do nothing to communicate what the site is all about - they are actually distracting, almost painful when trying to read all the small black text. And none of those yellow monsters on the left side of the page do anything - they aren't even clickable. And, as hard as I tried, I could see no parallel between the chosen emoticon and the subject it was next to.

Once you get away from the home page, the design works much better. I think you may like the smiley's a bit too much. Your color scheme works, just not in concentrated, heavy doses.

Try graphics that have some meaning to the subject matter. Cute sells toys and trinkets retail, but it will do little to convince somebody to invest in your software.

Oh, and your site doesn't validate, so it's not only visually unappealing, but it isn't mechanically/technically incorrect. The W3C validator found 117 errors.

Instead of "cheesy", I'll choose "juvenile". Like your last posts.

m4K, you can't ask for a free review, get miffed because it doesn't happen immediately, then dog a reviewer because they hurt your feelings.

If you're going to attack everyone that has a negative comment, you're not going to last long in this business.

Consider that your visitors don't care about your personal feelings or about your pride in what you consider to be your best work.

Most users won't take one solitary second to tell us if our site sucks. If something on our pages turns them off, they'll just leave and we may never know why.

There are thousands of sites that get reviewed every day, some of them get posted on Web Pages That Suck learn usability and good Web design by looking at bad Web design Home Page and the reviews are much more harsh than anything you'll see around here.

Stop taking things so personally before you give yourself a heart attack. You wanted honesty, didn't you?

c'mon seriously.

Many thanks for your comments,

My apologises if i came across as rude, the slight outburst was more towards the fact that it seems alot of people post short comments to get their signature in as many theards as possible in an attempt to increase traffic to their website. Although common its ashame its tollerated.

anyways, thanks again
