3. With no advertising on the site (thank you Adblock Plus and Firefox), I have no idea how you are going to make money with this site.

4. In short, start over with a clean slate.

well, for the good, most of your content is text, so it is searchable and viewable without CSS or images, however, your main image 'how to write e business letter' is useless without the image and the text on it is hardly legible to me, with perfect vision. Anyone with less than perfect vision probably won't even bother.
I would use some other way to show more of the content of that image as text.

Just peeked at your source code... whoa boy!! there's more javascript going on there than HTML. Is it all for the ads?
Your menu navigation is text... that's good; your 'title' attributes say exactly the same thing as the text .. that's a bit pointless and redundant, isn't it? 'title' attributes should provide extra helpful information, shouldn't they?

You have a few improperly nested elements and a bunch of empty <divs>; I stopped reading after the first hundred lines or so...

Do you offer any services at all or is this just an over-designed (and somewhat useless) container for click throughs? Why would people come to this site if there is nothing on it but ads?

If I were looking to find out how to write a business letter, I don't think I would stay here more than a few seconds before hitting my back button and going to the next search result.

In the USA. Yes, it is. Their homepage says: "© 1996-2007 WriteExpress Corporation" By treaty it is probably illegal in 100 other countries.

Let us not talk about "legalities", let us talk about theft. You stole their work.
