Severe grammar problems.
For example: "ESS UK is having global presence where we have worked in different environments and challenge."

ESS UK? Why you use UK in your title when you placed in Dubai? Sounds funny. I like the color scheme and the design, but the website seems to get hold of the system and everything gets really slow. Since all the Product and Service pages are empty, I assume you haven’t release the site to public. If you did, you are not making a good impression. Put it up only when you finished.

There's too many moving things on the page. I couldn't focus on reading any of the text because my eye was distracted by all that motion.

Overall the layout is nice. The colors are good and it's fairly well organized. If you absolutely must have the animation don't animate everything and don't have it keep changing.

Get a native English speaker to clean up your content, or write in whatever language your target audience speaks.

Looks good, but a little crowded. There's a couple of broken images bottom left. Also might be good to let the animation run once only.
