Just a note about the Google ad which takes a large place at the top, I saw an ad about real estate in Brazil while your site is dealing with chinese market which is pretty confusing.

If you don't have permission to use the images, you can't do that. Not to mention that many of the women looked Japanese to me...

The design looks good enough, but the page I tested failed HTML validation with 30 errors. I would look into that.
