A little plain, but has all the right content.

I would review the English spelling and grammar. For example, you have "Our client's says" and it should be "Our clients say"

YOu are off to a great start.

Looks good to me. I'm not crazy about putting the menu of services in the banner, since at first it isn't clear that this is actually a menu, as opposed to a list of services. People usually look for such a menu in the left-hand sidebar.

One omission: I don't see the "Specialization" and "Enquiry" pages in the Site Map.
