It looks like a very thoroughly researched topic from the content you have included. I'm not sure though about the frames pages to offsite locations? This is a very saturated topic & will probably be hard to get natural SERP listings but, good info none the less.

I decided to replace my gridview with my own code for displaying data - The gridview is just way to heavy, my directories page should be less then 20kb but instead its almost 50kb. even though I use mysql and and made custom paging, so data fetch is fast, but the control is heavy.

BTW do you think it will be good if I add multilanguage support and translate he content into other languages with online translator (is it good ?) and does it help with traffic ?
