I don't know the demographics of your target market, but the font (for me at age 5 is too small and leading too tight in the main text body.

It is a beautiful website.
Easy to navigate.
The only information I could not find were prices.

Looks Good. Depending on where you are getting your customers, you may want to focus more on where Fernie is in the context of other big cities, and the condo's location in the context of main street, night life, etc.

The farther away people are coming, the less they are going to know the basics. Also, focus more on a clearly defined target market. Younger people are going to be thinking about work opportunities. Slightly older people are going to be concerned about commute and health care. Starting a family, you're interested in school quality. No need to really get into this when customers are coming from within Fernie -- but crucial when you're trying to appeal to people from outside.
