Minor nits:
sign has wrong background color, does not match page
some underlined text are not links, confusing

The overall look of the site is mediocre. It is not bad, it is just not interesting. I know am not being very specific.

I don't know about AUS, but in the USA, many business do not want to admit they are for sale. Business brokers are very specialized and paid well in part because of this.

I am confused about your comments in regards to business owners wanting to keep the sale of their business a secret? What does this have to do with my landing page?

What I meant was: in the USA, you might not have a viable business, period. So, your landing page is irrelevant (maybe, in the USA).

You should visit BizBuySell - The Internet's Largest Business for Sale Marketplace and Businesses For Sale US - Sell or Buy a Business for Sale, they might disagree with you....lol

Anyway, I am obviously located in Australia, so your comments are not relevant to me.

If there is anyone out there who might be able to throw a few relevant, constructive suggestion on how I can improve my landing page, I would greatly appreciate it.

At the moment I am converting around 5 sales per week. I would like to increase this to 10 sales per week.
