Re: criticize my website
Alrighty ....
1. Style, design, first impressions.
You have none. Imagine you are meeting a prospective investor/client/supplier. Are you just going to roll out of bed slap on a t-shirt and jeans?
No, you'll shower-up(hopefully), slap on some cologne/perfume and throw on your Sunday best. The web is no different.
2. Website/Ecommerce (Paypal)
Paypal's shopping cart is brutal
Invest in a real shopping cart system. Also, by only offering paypal as a payment option is going to handicap you.
One of the irritations, is that clicking on the "Add to cart" button opens a new window and off-site. Website owners are forever trying to keep visitors on their site, but by you using this cart, you are practically opening the door for them to leave.
3. Contact link
Your contact link links to your email address, but most people will think it goes to a contact page, which will be annoying. In addition, you are relying on people being in the comfort of their own home and using an email client like outlook, thunderbird, etc..
But this will not be practical for those that are viewing your site (from a friend's computer, a public library, an internet cafe or even someone who uses hotmail, gmail, etc)
Better to use a contact form.

Re: criticize my website
1. Ditch the background. It is so 1996.
2. For me, using Friefox2 under Mac OS X, the alignment is all off.
3. All your images have blue borders around them.
4. I would echo hostBrain's comments about PayPal. I think PayPal is perfect for the person who is selling one item or the charity seeking donations. But, a site selling many items needs a "real" store.

Re: criticize my website
The bg image is fine but there is too much of it. Everything seems to be floating or disconnected. The pictures on the page would have more impact if they were not in competition with the background for my attention.
Just by adding a simple white bg to the page with the cool bg images on the sides would give an illusion of connection for everything on the page and eliminate confusion for the eyes. In other words, make the bg of the table white… or some thing solid but light in color with dark if not black text.
The logo image needs to blend with the page so either change the image or change the page to make it blend.
You are off to a good start, but don’t stop now, it appears unfinished… Like, where is the opening paragraph which lets me know what to expect at this site.

Re: criticize my website
Lose the borders on the side
<meta name="keywords" content=" lt1 performance, camaro lt1, lt1 performance part, , chevy lt1, chevy lt1 engine, lt1, free lt1 mod, lt1 mods, Mobil 1, mobil 1 oil cap, mobil 1 oil label,camaro CD, Firebird Cd , corvette Cd, firdbird parts, camaro parts, ">
too many uses of lt1 mod mobil oil things like that.
Yes, lose the bg graphic.
Show a hot chick. I am not kidding, it sells! Your audience are guys right?
My best,
Michael
