Like many of you, I am looking always to improve our sites and our listings. We are investigating ways of interacting with our online audience in a more pro-active way, so if you have any real-world suggestions to offer, I'd be interested in hearing them!

Thanks!

Hi Catherine,

The initial impression of your site is good, and the style and layout seems clear.

I am looking from a design point of view here so they may not be the kind of feedback you were hoping for but it may still be of help...

I would suggest changing the font style on your text content areas away from a times style font to a Verdana style font. I found it hard to read, especially the address at the bottom of the page, and not being able to read your contact details is definately a negative.

Also there seems to be a tiny design isue that hasn't quite been finished. When you rollover the main photo and the symbols the alt tag read "This will be dynamic". This is fine if the site is still under development, but if it is not, you may want to fix it...

Good luck
Tania

The site looks good but you have 4 seconds to let me know what the site is about and it does take a little longer to figure it out.

The text and the patches on the right look a little blurry.

I would try and take the text and put you main points in bullets and use them home page to bait your customers.

Use the text to let them know what you do but make them want to learn more.
