1. You need a new domain name.

You are not a non-profit organization.

Too many prospects will type in oklahomacityrealestate.com NO MATTER HOW TIMES YOU TELL THEM .ORG

2. Do not resize images by using the width and height tags in HTML.

3. The animated GIF E-mail went out in 1997. Stop using it.

4. Hire a professional to create a good looking and functioning website. There is no difference between a FSBO and your website.

Old design, most links and information way below the fold on a laptop, unsure of the point of the site. Also, you've linked to an image when you mention a "featured home" and it simply leads to a photo, not professional to say the least.

Not sure what your goals are, but this will definately hurt you in terms of professionalism within your market space.

Doesn't relay the professional image your probably want. Really dated design and not very interesting.

There does not seem to be any consistency within the site.

Click on the majority of the links and there is no way to bet back to the main page or to close the opened windows.

Alot of the other information pages, the text goes full screen. Too hard to read. I would suggest setting a table size and adding some padding to the cells.

I would suggest investing on "listing software" that will display your listings from a database. (easier to manage)

I agree with Dave barnes "The animated GIF E-mail went out in 1997. Stop using it."

It is my understanding at least in Canadian Real Estate, that image and referrals are very important it obtaining new clients. Unfortunately, I do not feel that you have hit the mark with this design.
