The site only works through databases of other sites and it does not search using google or yahoo but that did gave me an idea on maybe implementing google search if an entry was not found at all. Given this, it does not guarantee that all songs are available just as big search engines does not guarantee it will spit out all information that you may need.
The site was a test site for
SEO with no real intention of making it work for money (although earning few bucks will not hurt and I am not opposed to it at all and I also implemented Adsense on it).
I tried to see how people would react to a search engine and would it do good on
SEO. Since the site only has a box and no ready content until a person tries to search, it is a challenge for me on how to make this site work without having content on the mainpage nor a live link to the content itself. As you may see, the site is a simple form like google and no links to any songs at all so that is a challenging thought to make it go up on search engines such as Google and Yahoo.
I did a Google search for "chizmax" (no quotes) and now it is getting 91,000 results already considering it less than a month old as people started to include it on their blogs already.

As for legality issue, I am not so sure how ChizMax steps on it because first, it only gets content through another service, second, I just recompile all of them in one single page. Sort of Google displaying content from other websites which sometimes contains information deemed illegal. I am not skipping the copyright issue but I am just pointing out that this is a search tool that searches other databases (lyrics and videos).
By the way, the entire site system is only less than 50kb in size all in all so that only tells people it has no database on it
