It is OK.
Looks a little cheesy.
I don't care for bright blue surround.
A real physical address would be better than just the city name.

Dave—I am shocked, you always note the copyright date and you didn’t on this site! I also don’t really care much for the color scheme. On your pricing page, all the different styles of signs run together. At first glance, it looks like one long page of text, prices, and pictures. I see a light outline around each section, I would do more to define those.

The testimonials page is a good thought! Showing the signs with the actual text adds creditability. Overall, you have a good amount of information. I would just work on the look and feel to make it a little more professional. Just my 2-cents!
