Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Seems very slow to load. Scrolling marquee is distracting - maybe limit the number of scrolls to 2 or 3. Menu rollovers are confusing as it makes it look like some options are not available - better to make them all change colour when the mouse is passed over them. Might be nice if the links rolled over as well. Affilates at the bottom look messy and seem to overlap each other. Otherwise, a good solid design. Good luck with it.
