You have beautiful products, but the site does not show them off well, as it is very blank...
you need a good logo... a better background.. and you really should put your links on the left side of the page, so it doesn't look so bare..
you should have a page that matches your scheme for your thumbnails to open... and put a complete descripton on the page in which the enlarged view opens... this way, the page will look complete.
Try not to put all your photos on the index page... use more text... and make pages for each category and let them open from there.
I did not see any "buy" capabilities... are you selling these products on line or just showing them?
Also, since they are hand made, you might want to have a page showing how they are made... but make it a page that the viewer can choose to visit or not..

Good luck

Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Text loads nice and fast but the graphics are a little slow to load. Might be nice if the links changed colour when the mouse is passed over them. Too much space at the bottom of the page. The mail graphic at the top doesn't seem to want to load. Otherwise, a good solid design. Good luck with it.
