One interesting issue we heard about that we can't reproduce to troubleshoot, is on the home page they claim that the big image links (PaintBrush image and Ambulance image) in the Right Column are MISSING in both IE7 or Firefox. It might be helpful to have a blurb on the home page that states Grays Signs specializes in traffic signs" or that they make "custom signs" for outdoor use.

You need to add your snail mail and physical addresses, along with your local phone and fax numbers to your "Contact Us page" and finish your privacy policy page.

If you're like most sign shops, you've got tons of custom products that you might be able to add to your offerings. I'd also consider some more example photos to display some of the custom work you've done.

You've got a nice clean layout with fast loading pages, but if you ever hope to place well in search results, you're going to have to add a few articles and perhaps an FAQ.

Since you don't have a lot of textual content, it might be wise to add some customer testimonials. You could also provide signage visibility tips, letter size guides, recommeded color schemes, things like that.
