My website is doing some wierd things. On some computers it is having trouble or is scrolling jerky. Has anyone expierenced this kind of thing happening to their site?? It seems to happen mostly at this page and the subsequent videos.http://www.hbonline.com/videoguide
check it out and let me know if scrolling is jerky and if you know of a fix?? Thanks, Nick http://www.hbonline.com |

I did not have jerky scrolling.
But, I did not see your menus. I surf with Firefox 2 under Mac OS X and have AdBlockPlus installed. Therefore, I don't see Flash items until I scroll down. I would not use Flash for the menu, I would use images and a DHTML menu (for example, Milonic menu).

thanks for the info, now what a pain I liked the flash because I can edit the button and change the link and then just upload the button and it would change every page.
I have over 200 pages to change manually that's a bummer! Maybe I should use libraries in Dreamweaver?? thanks, Nick |

Don't use DW libraries.
Use Server Side Includes instead. Much easier to use, much easier to maintain.

You can create a menu using CSS (and Daves' suggestion of includes files is also a top tip) that not only will load faster, but will give you the priceless benefit of being easily read (and more importantly followed) by search engine spiders. My favourite (no, I don't own it
