OK, first impressions:

Your enter button on the opening page is way too small! I'm used to looking for these things and yet i sat there for about a minute looking at a black page...

And then, aarrgh!, annoying little sound to denote loading. Something to bear in mind when using sound - always have a buttong to allow visitors to turn it off.

Other than that it's ok, a bit slow maybe, even with a broadband connection and fast computer the flash was sometimes slow and jerky?

Tested in IE6 and Mozilla 56k modem 800x600. The site is just too slow for modems - perhaps you could create a lower bandwidth version and offer that as an option for visitors (not everyone has broadband yet). The scrollbar is too dark to see on the main splash screen. It isn't obvious that the DOWNLOAD FLASH and Enter texts are links. I'm not keen on javascript windows that open up and can't be resized. I can't test in Mozilla as I don't have Flash installed due to bandwidth considerations. Good luck with it.

I have to agree with previous postings. The site is way too slow, even on a broadband connection.

If Graf hadn't said about the small "enter" link already then I would be wondering what to do. The problem with splash pages is getting past them onto the main site and that route must be plainly obvious.

It's a shame the site is overloaded with flash effects as the content looks very interesting.

Good luck with it.
