Default www.augenix.com - Please review.

Good day all. I have recently completed this site for a client and would like to get feedback from everyone. We are working to incorporate some additional photos into the site, but I'd like to get everyone's thoughts and feedback.

www.augenix.com

Thanks for the replies.

1. The green is too hot for me.

2. The form input fields on the homepage extend beyond the right-hand edge. I would replace the ugly submit button with a custom image.

3. Under Recent News I would increase the horizontal spacing between the logos and the text.

4. You need professional headshots on the Difference page.

5. On the Quote Request page I would have the field name and entry on the same line. It would reduce scrolling significantly.

Default Thanks for the feedback...

1. The green, that's what they wanted, they wanted to be young hip and vibrant. Can't fight em, join em right?

2. The form input fields do extend when increasing font size in FF2, I'll have to look into how I can fix that. At standard or "normal" text size it works in every browser I've tried.

3. I'll look at the news page, that might be a valid point, making each article stand out a little more.

4. Headshots provided by them, it's tough to get pro ones done as this is a virtual company and the three people are spread throughout the country.

5. Isn't scrolling fun? I'm not sure why I did that the way I did. I'll have to look at it to see if there is any reason for that. Other than having the form fields line up visually.

I agree on the quote form and the spacing on the news items. However, I like the eye catching color combination. Exudes high energy - good for a company in a high energy field.

I disagree about the "professional" head shots. The photos are well lit, adequately sharp, and look like real people, not actors, models, or politicians. Whenever I see a professional headshot on a corporate site, I can't help thinking how "polished" the CEOs of Enron, WorldCom, Quest, and Tyco looked on their web pages and annual reports.

Looks very nice, but I agree with Dave about the green. But, hey...that's what the customer wants.

I don't really like the gold (and blue on hover) links in the green border on the left. Not enough contrast and hard to read. The white text would show better if it were bold.

Your page titles and description tags could be much more effective. Have you done any keyword research?
