Hi everyone. I'm going to thank you before hand for all your criticisms. I know you're going to be quite hard on me with respect to my site but I can't handle the heat! So let me know what you think.

The site is a forum for Club Penguin members to go to to post around, get ideas and just do all the things users do at forums.

Update: I was quite tired last night and meant to say that I CAN handle the heat and by the way, i used phpbb as the basic forum template and created around it...

I don't understand the big empty blue space below the header.

DAVE--the dead space if Google ads that you cant see because you use a POS MAC ;-)

I don’t understand why so many people love putting Googleadsense all over their site. You are going to make $10 a month on those and possible loose visitors because it makes the site look like Spam. If you want the Google ads, put them lower or off to the side. If you site is about gaming, make that the top priority and move the ads over. If you want to just make money with the Google ads, then by all means...put them everywhere!

Well not really - as you should be able to tell, i want to make a little extra cash with adsense by offering a free service to club penguin gamers - that's all. It's kind of like compensation for a. the work and b. the hosting. Plus I did try my best to make the ads look a little more like the site by blending it in etc. I wasn't at ALL trying to do an IYF thingy...at all...

however, i love the critique...maybe I can make the height of the ad slightly thinner but i don't believe the posters will mind seeing the ads will they?

I mean even if we take a look at this forum - webproworld.com there is an ad exactly where I put mine on my gaming forum! Ok fine the webproworld ad at the top is NOT a google ad but are we here to hate on advertising? or to hate on google ads?
